In the unlikely event of an issue with your order please contact me on email: email@example.com within 3 days of receipt, with the order details and advise if you wish to return or exchange your item.
Returns postage is to be covered by the customer, and all items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by us. We would recommend sending items with a tracking service to limit any delivery issues with your return.
Personalised and custom orders are exempt from our returns policy as they have been agreed in advance and manufactured accordingly.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy
Should there be any fault with your item at any time after purchase within the first 3 months of purchase, please contact me on email: firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the fault and any explanation of how you think the fault may have occurred. This will be reviewed and should the return be accepted, a repair or replacement will be organised.
Gift cards, Workshops
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once I receive your returned item and this is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
